The combined knowledge of creativity along with the technical know-how is very important in the area of Photography. The individuals should be able to understand the needs of the various clients or companies and should be able to visualize their ideas in to reality. Thus the individuals should be keen on developing new and creative ideas, curious and should deliver the real and perfect picture on a whole.

Apart from all these, the photographer should have good sense regarding the various lighting properties, visuals and colors etc. In the present times, this field is undergoing tremendous changes in terms of the technological advancements that are talking place. If the individuals are getting engaged as free lancers they should have also the management skills necessary to run the business and also the necessary skills such as communication, problem solving skills, and should have the relative capacity to work independently.

The pay packages in the initial stages may be not so high unless you get in to the core area of this field.
