It talks about the attitude of the corporates in sharing environmental information with the stakeholders. The methodology is basically a survey and the target are basically environment managers at various firms. The focus of the research is to study the perception of managers in these firms. It then highlights the various companies selected across various sectors and the findings of the survey. Finally it summarizes the survey findings.

? Listed on the London Stock Exchange ? Most had a history with Environmental issues

? 3 parts of questionnaire ? Pollution control and Environmental Policy ? Environmental communication to Stakeholders ? Personal Information

Observations & Findings
? 71 respondents

? 65 – 88% confirmed their companies having caused

air/water/land pollution ? None agreed on Environmental fine having affected share price, although research resulted otherwise ? On a scale from 1 to 5, (1 being least important), the questionnaire resulted in a mean of 3.05 when questioned about the interests of Shareholders in Environmental Controls
