The Corbett Hideway is located 5km from the Corbett Tiger Reserve. The cottages are set within a mango grove near the Kosi River. The Corbett Hideaway is luxury hotels (resorts) in Corbett National Parks. The area of the Corbett hideaway is 13 acres. This is an only resort in Corbett which provides all type of service as a hotels and it was establish in 1993. The owner of this hotels Mr. Mukund Prasad (Managing directors), General Manager Mr. Ajay Kareer and Operation Manager Mr. D.S. Jeena , food department manager Mr. C. S. Parihar, front office manager Mr. Varun Bhatt. There are 82 worker who currently working in hotel. The Corbett Hideaway is a unit of the Leisure Hotels Limited and leisure hotels have approximately 22 branches in overall Uttarakhand and one unit also in Goa. They provide a comfortable accommodation in Corbett. The resort organises safaris by jeep, bus, cycle, horse and elephant to Corbett National park. They have guides and naturalists and offer additional bird watching and nature walks. The best time is from October–June. Corbett Hideway has 52 A/C cottages with verandas. In the main building, there is a multicuisine buffet restaurant, library and lounge. There is also an outdoor restaurant and a bar near the swimming pool. The sports facilities include badminton, table tennis, cricket and archery. The resort has Spa facilities. The fully equipped A/C conference and banquet hall hold 150 people. All Major credit cards are accepted. Extra Occupancy Kids below 5 years: Complimentary without extra bed and between 5-12 years: Rs. 1500 and above 12 years: Rs. 2000. Tax as applicable extra. They also provide support services like culture activities, slide show wildlife movies, bar facilities, evening guitarist facilities. The Corbett hideaway provides some special offers for the clients according the seasonal plan and holiday’s packages. They provide loyalty card like Red (for pick seasons), white (for mid seasons) and blue (for slack seasons) which have different charges and it was started in 2008. Validity of card is 16 years. They have maintained good security arrangement, Pal Security Service, Haldwani is hired for security. They have their own laundry services, bar license which is a unique feature of that hotel. They take regular feedback and if any customer is not pleased with services of resort they take special care of them and provide complimentary offers. They focus on outbound as well as domestic customers. Earlier they mainly focused on outbound customers but this concept get failed after that they focused on domestic customer also. They have a huge parking area.

Resort is earning profit by satisfying customers from the starting and till now their profit has increased. In 2008 their sale is about 1.80 crore, in 2009 it reached to 2.5 crore and in 2010 it touched the label of 3.65 crore. There have different type of cottage facilities like standard, deluxe, superior, family and suits which have different charger according to the number of persons and number of days. They did not give any type of discount but in the place of discount they give other facilities. For the promotion they give advertisement in magazines, posters, internet, media, and newspaper. There major focus in mouth communication. They are having a large no of contact of the some company’s like Tata group and Birla, PepsiCo other also. The process of the booking in these hotels, they are having some type of sales offices in India’s like as Delhi, Calcutta, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai also.
