I am confused abt which topic to take up from Customer Relations or Customer Behaviour for my 100 Mks. TY BMS Prjct .
Can u help me as regards to which topic wud b gud or wud enable me to acquire more info. on the same...
I feel both topics r diverse...and need ur help to get an idea of where i can get info on either of these topics and carry out research on the same.

Customer Relations or Customer Behaviour

Customer relationship management ( CRM ) reference project is available on our site.

Customer behaviour... you will need to go in details.. like some people are checking out customer behaviour with regards to cola industry or cigars etc.

i would surely prefer u to go with customer behaviour.... bcoz thts something diff and CRM is a very common topic...

keep one thing in mind tht taking some diff topic of same field u like will surely show u way to the O grade....
and ur title shows u r searching for mktg topics.. so one more choice to add if u wish in ur list is black marketing... think abt it..

dude... thrs nothin like a better topic frm finance..mkt or Hr... it depends all on ur interest n ability 2 explore things better.. ur wilingness 2 get in depth f a particuar interestin topic ..

Hey rohit..!!

I presume that you are going to be in t.y this year and would have a fair idea that u otta take a specialisation in sem 6 between marketing and finance.. What i would suggest is make up your mind in which 1 u would be more comfortable and take ur ty project on that subject.. This helps in understanding the subject faster, even helps in building ur cv as a 100 mk project and ur specialisation are in same subject than the person assessing would get the idea, u are pretty much serious on the particular subject.. Nw this is just a suggestion which helps and not a compulsion that u have to take the same subject of sem 6 nd 100 mk projct.. For different project titles u can refer to the link provided below by vishal..!!

hallo,

customer behaviour and consumer behaviour are 2 different things
and as per your mention i guess yu can cover following points in customer behaviour:

BUYER BEHAVIOUR
CLASSIFY CUSTOMERS INTO : CORPORATE, RETAIL, ETC ECT...
clearly distinguish b/w Customer and Company outlook

and if possible take into consideration an industry or company of your choice. and go on with the project

Is there a really MAJOR difference between customer & consumer behaviour? Am not able to make out wat it is exactly.

DIFF B/W CUSTOMER AND CONSUMER

den study what is behaviour


den why behaviour matters and whoose behaviour matters

as far as ur topic is concernd... narrow down ur topic... Customer Behaviour 2 1field like

Customer Behavioural Pattern in Insurance Industry ( and takin up 1 company as a case study n in dept analysis of tht insuirance company.)

Customer Behavioural Pattern for Toothpastes, Icecreams, Choclates, Cigraettess, Shampoos, Hair oils, Soaps, mostly FMCG products...can take or think sumthin on this like..coz these markets r huge n wide spread..so doing customer behavioural analysis n research would be gr8 fun and interesting also...along with the topic being gr8...

hey frnd jus here to give u some tips to score an "o" grade (outstanding) if u want this grade ur project should b diffrent from all others whatever topic u r taking b through with it u should b able to make all ur points clear during vivas ur topic should b such that the examiner is forced to read ur project

Hey dear, i think you should select customer behavior for your project. BTW, i am also providing you a project report on customer behavior which will help in your project. So please download presentation and check it for more detailed information.
