Where there are individuals there are bound to be conflicts and solving the same is also important and hence solving such interpersonal conflicts is necessary to overcome conflicts or else productivity will get affected for sure. Conflicts if not handled at the right time can break the organsational peace and culture. Things that can you solve interpersonal conflicts goes as under.

Identify the flaws - you need to understand the situation of conflict and also get known to the flaws involved in the same, taking into consideration the reasons why the conflict occur and pinpoint the person responsible so that no one pinpoints one another for the cause.

Give time to solve the conflict – you need to have a meeting with the ones involved in conflicts; giving time to solve the conflict helps to come up with solutions; and even when solving do not blame the person for the conflict arrival instead find the root cause for arrival.

Good beginning – well begun is half done is what said and preached; hence the start should be optimistic and so should both the parties feel.

Set the path- plan the time you are going to devote for the solving the conflict, plan what you want to say and say what changes you would like to have in the person in front of you.

The close- before leaving, preview all the points discussed in the meeting by both the parties, plan for the date and time wherein you can put forward the evaluation or the result.

Conflicts if not solved the ill feeling stays back in the mind of an individual which creates a negative character of that person thus building a negative image of the person.
