CTC structure: While on projects we get really good amount. You get to build IR (international relations) and also get to work with the best technology across the globe.
Accommodation, conveyance and food provided or not: On projects, everything is taken care of by the company itself. They have very good quality apartments and cab/bus facility to pick up for the office and to sites.
Exit Options/ Switching Options: If somebody switches from Alstom, it would be surely either for higher studies or the person shall be starting the company of his own. Else there is no point leaving this company.
