Coffee looks like fuel and works like it too

The body needs a break, and the fact is ,so does the brain. It is therefore important to get a quick reprieve from the hustling and bustling barrage of work all around for a short period of time on a regular basis, for example, a 15 minute break after two to three hours of intense work, the brain to take a breather.

Fifteen minutes does not look like there is much of an employee can do, maybe a quick trip to the bathroom, take a quick bite of sandwich, doing some stretches, a walk in the corridor, a short discussion with a colleague or most importantly sip some fresh coffee.
