What is cloud technology?

Let me explain in a very simple language. Cloud computing is a series of computers connected to each other ( like millions of rain drops forming a cloud ). As soon as your exhaust the resources of one computer, another one starts sharing its resources so that you never go out of resources until you have exhausted the whole cloud.

In cloud computing you are charged similar to the pay per second model instead of the traditional fixed per minute cost.
