"cleanliness is next to godliness"Actually what does this proverb mean?We know how much importance is given to godliness in our day to day life, so just after godliness, cleanliness should be given the priority. Cleanliness can be personal hygiene, environmental etc. Personal hygiene can be achieved by the effort of an individual alone, but community or environmental hygiene can only be achieved by collective effort. Government should take strict measures to achieve this. We should make people aware of the importance of cleanliness and thus help in the progress of our nation
