Many of the individuals are reluctant to take a decision regarding their career choice. The individuals are too busy to plan or take a decision regarding which career they should go in to. This is one of the crucial point in an individuals or students life. The planning must be made long in advance regarding the different career avenues they need to select after the completion of their studies. This is a highly confusing stage we can say. But on the other hand, its true to say that if one individual is very clear about his decision regarding which course he/she should pursue then there will no issues or problems at all.

There are several crucial factors which need to be considered while taking such a decision. There are several factors which contribute in choosing a career decision mainly it will be – qualifications, interest, skills and motivations etc. But apart from these there are certain predominant factors which influence the decisions taken by an individual regarding the career part. The candidates should be aware about ones skills, strengths, personality and the relative values they follow in general. This will necessarily influence in taking a stern decision regarding the career choice. The individual should be able to differentiate the strength and weaknesses of themselves. This is probably one of the most crucial points in ones life. The college life combines the whole lot of opportunities that an individual; gets during his study time. The group of individuals one interacts duringthe college life will certainly influence his/her decision making and also the mentality of the individual on a whole. The college reputation forms an integral part in building the various qualities which are a pre requisite in this area and at this point of time.

Hence the institution one gets in to should be a reputed one to get in more benefits which may be personal as well as professional in this regard. When a decision is to be taken regarding a non professional courses, its mostly the college which at all the times which is considered more. But a course should not be selected just for the sake of selection. The individuals should take a decision based on their particular interests and level of skills also. For example, if a person who is a big zero in maths and who dislikes the whole subject also, there is no point in that individual undertaking that course.

Level of Passion that strikes!

Passion is a term which is transitory or short lived. It keeps on changing in most of the cases. The passion will be different according to the changing phenomenon or the new and specific opportunities which appears. Hence the individuals should conduct a self assessment and go in to a sector which will be most suitable to them.

The passion towards a particular job area should be followed only when the candidate is very sure about the level of his interest and look in for opportunities accordingly. For example, if an individual is very keen towards the working in the IT field the decision should be taken accordingly. The true level of passion should be understood and the decisions should be made. The individual should be in a situation to differentiate his/her likes and dislikes particularly in specific fields.

Aim to excel!

No matter which area or domain an individual chooses, the most predominant factor should be that the individual should aim to excel in that field. The individual should try to excel in any particular field which he /she get in to. Hard work and commitment should be the most important qualities to emerge successful in any field. The basic concept behind this idea of excelling is that no or any particular subject is better than the other. Every one or the other subject is superior or has scope in its level and in its own way. The excellence or the scope can be only proved through the level of commitment and passion that is demonstrated in studying that.

This factor plays a dominant role in determining the success and failure f an individual in aparticular field. Interests certainly pave way to hard work and dedication towards the particular job or a course. This factor plays the dominant role in areas of music, design, arts etc. he individuals should have a flare for a particular domain he/she is in to otherwise there is no point in building a career in that specific domain.

The career decisions should be taken in accordance with the above mentioned factors. The individuals should be in a position to conduct self evaluation regarding the talent, interests, and relative skills which one needs to improve. Accordingly the decision regarding the course and institution or college which one needs to attend should be finalized.
