Cheaters and the Women

I have to say I've found this whole Elliot Spitzer issue hard to swallow. And what makes it hard isn't that this man couldn't keep it in his pants or that he embezzled tax payer money to pay for five thousand dollar whores or even that he has subjected his wife and children to embarrassment, humiliation and a life of late night TV jokes. What bothers me is that his wife walked up to that podium and stood by "her man".

Now anyone watching this unfold can see, without difficulty, that she was not pleased to be there. What I have a problem with is that she WAS there! Why? Why would any woman stand by a man who not only cheated on her multiple times but did it with a hooker? Why would any one (male OR female) stand beside a person who trampled all over their wedding vows simply for sexual gratification? It is my opinion that this woman could have come out of this situation with her head held high if she'd just walked away. No though, she not only stayed (for now) but she went on TV and stood by his side while he issued this apologies. As if we would believe he was sorry for his cheating, sexually deviant life style and not the fact that he was caught. She looks a fool for having done so in the eyes of most women and most certainly her children.

What does this teach her daughters? Their father teaches them that a vow means nothing, their mother teaches them how to be a door mat.
 
As complicated as marriages are, The sex drive often override wedding vows. And it happens in both sexes, for hundreds of reasons. One reason is indeed because the cheating partner is not getting what they need at home
 
Well he is a graduate from the Harvard Law School half of the page in wikipedia is filled with his reforms and good deeds and other half of them are filled with the scandals and illegal licensing adn other notorious case. I think it is the fault of the women that took as granted everything that is bestowed on her, she should have come openly against him. It also is a matter of huge embarrassment on the Obama's Party.
 
Many women become unfaithful to their husbands out of revenge, and feel that if their husband is sleeping around, there is nothing to say that they themselves do not have the right to sleep around as well. Although it may feel great at first getting revenge, it truly fulfills no purpose, and can only aid in destroying what is left of the couple's marriage.
