Day three at CHAOS 2015 had something for everyone with an interest in politics, debating, music and craft. The day began with a kite making competition, and Blizzards of Rock - the Semi-Pro Rock Band competition held every year at Chaos. Bands such as N-Dimensions, Cynic Bliss and the Fourth Elysium performed. Genres such as Progressive metal and Experimental rock were showcased at the competition.
The day saw two very interesting speaker sessions - the first by Mr. Ashwin Sanghi, who spoke about his latest non-fiction book, 13 Steps to Bloody Good Luck. He spoke about his book and also spoke about his theory that ‘luck can be created’.
The second session for the day was by Mr. Shashi Tharoor which saw a packed house at the RJM Auditorium. Mr.Tharoor spoke on a broad range of topics such as the scope of youth in politics, the key differences between the Indian and western political scenario. Speaking at the premier business school in the country, he also elaborated on the incentives and disincentives for a management graduate to join politics.


Art events included a Draw your superhero competition, a Design your room competition and a Paper Fashion competition. Informal events included a laughter event which had participants showcase their wit in an on the spot competition. A Duet Dance competition was also held.


Kanan Gill, of Pretentious Movie Reviews fame, lent the event a funny twist with his stand-up comedy in the afternoon. The literary events for the day included a National Parliamentary Debate, which was chaired by Prof. Pawan Mamidi. The finals included a motion to allow the state complete and unfettered real time access to private data shared with social networks, banks and other companies, capable of identifying individuals, in the interest of national security. NMIMS, Mumbai and NIRMA, Ahmedabad were the finalists for the debate. Antakshari was also conducted as part of the literary events. Day 3 also saw Bollywood and TV shows quiz, with a comic books quiz that will follow the conclusion of Pronites.



Pronites featured a performance by the rock band, Tiny Fingers and the day’s finale in the form of a live performance by Mr. Amit Trivedi, acclaimed Bollywood music composer and singer.
