QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION
Q.1) Honda faced many problems related to suppliers and R&D in implementing JIT. If an organization is faced with similar kinds of difficulties how can they be resolved?
Q.2) Honda tried to develop a new Toyota City by implementing Just in Time as their operation management technique. Was JIT implementation in HONDA better than in TOYOTA?
Q.3) Discuss the major disadvantages of JIT as a system. Also discuss how they can be resolved?
Q.4) What other positive changes can be made in JIT to make it a more efficient and conveniently used operation management technique?
