I want to know what are the options in a career in Retail.
I have a 9 yrs experience in software industry (3 yrs in logistics and supply chain domain) but i want to switch fields and want to go into Retail at a middle management level.
Planning to do a postgraduate diploma in Retail management. can't do a full time course as i m working so thinking of Distance learning.
Will the experience and a PGDiploma will help me in getting a decent job in Retail industry?
Can someone who is already in Retail indusrty help me?
