Can students actually contribute to the Nature's prevention from today's selfish distruction?

Introduction:
We, the humans, are the most intelligent animals on Earth. We depend on nature the most and therefore, it is our duty to save our planet from destruction. As students, we might end up at a point where we start to wonder if we can actually make a difference when it comes to saving Earth from destruction. Let us dive deep into this discussion.
Opinion and suggestions:
Causes and impact-

Considering the introduction above, we can say that we are both, the dependent and the destroyer of the environment. We need to prevent Earth from further degradation due to selfish activities like deforestation, improper disposal of waste, etc.
Due to the indiscriminate cutting of trees, burning of fossil fuels, pollution from factories and industries, the Earth is facing negative impacts. The climatic cycle has been disturbed. The nature has been showing its cry for help through natural calamities.
If we continue to use our natural resources in such a destructive manner and continue to carry out activities that cause natural resource degradation, the end of Earth would not just be an idea of the distinct future.
What Earth has been trying to tell us all this time-
In order to make sure that the future generations get a safe and healthy natural environment, sustainable development is important, that is, the development in which no harm is caused to the natural resources and the conserved resources for the future should not be harmed and destroyed. The idea of sustainable development suggests judicious and planned use of the natural resources.
We need to realize our responsibility towards Earth and contribute at personal levels to prevent resource degradation and need to take actions in order to improve the environmental conditions of the Earth.
Preventive measures and steps that we can take as students to contribute to the saving of out Earth's natural environment-
As students we can try to spread awareness among the people by the help of posters that can be used as a visual representation of our initiative to save our Earth's natural environment.
We can post online blogs and articles that explain the concerning condition of the degrading nature of our planet. We can also put up small public events like nukkad naatak, explaining the need of saving our planet because this is the eleventh hour.
We can try to plant atleast one plant or tree each year. This can be our small contribution towards our initiative to save our planet.
We can also provide people with suggestions of using cycles or public transport for travelling short distances. This will help in fuel and resource conservation and in reduction of air pollution.
We can try to use minimum amount of plastic in our daily life. We cannot go plastic free but we can try to reduce its use and improper disposal by following the 3Rs; Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
Conclusion:
If we all consider it our duty and responsibility to save Earth and work in order to prevent its natural degradation, we can make a difference even if its a small one. Every attempt counts and matters.
By taking simple steps like opting for planned waste disposal methods and planting more trees, we can make sure that the Earth becomes an even better and beautiful place for future generations. Thus, it can be said that preparation of tomorrow begins today and the future of Earth is in our hands.
