Can India ever beat China?

yes India do have a chance of beating china,
INDIA has all the prerequsities to become economic super power,
We need to reduce wastag and excess consumption in certain areas and invest in infrstructure.
Bring structural changes in education.
All the deliverables should be made through direct mode the beneficiary rather through agencies.
Rupee should be fully floated and bring in major judiciary changes to enable justice delivered in time.
and many more structural changes required in industrialization, conservation of water and energy and it should bring very fast.

Hello friends I would like to add something here
65 years and above: 8.1% (male 51,774,115/female 56,764,042) (2009 est.) people live in china and hence they would save more for their future and invest less in the economy i.e they`ll consume less.

these are the figures for India 65-over: 5.3% (male 29,364,920/female 32,591,030) (2009 est
ageing population is less in india hence middle aged and young age people would invest in economy as they will consume more and more.Wages would increase .

China would be under more pressure to provide retirement benefits to its ageing population . Hence India for sure has a fair amount of chance to overpower china in terms of economy. :)
I don`t know how right I or wrong I am but this is something I felt would impact the future of India and China.
 
with different working ethics and upbringing, comparing these two economy is very difficult but i feel that the growth if India is more sustainable than china.
 
Sure.Why not? will happen soon. India is the 2nd largest manpower.moreover we have high communication skills and there we have edge over china. soon we ll be ahead of china

India has an distinctive advantage over China in many areas,some being its political and social policies,which many think is going to help India in the long run.
Also,the fact that China only recently made its currency floating,which until now was fixed to protect its exports implies that its growth may not be entirely due to consumption,net exports and investment,hence not entirely sustainable.
Thus,as debated by many industry experts and leading economists,India may be the way to go by 2020.
 
India still has a long way to go ...since the corruption is the main obstacle in India's progress..China is way ahead in many areas from India...such as Infrastructure , Sports (Except Cricket) :)..

In terms of population it will surely beat China in coming years..
 
Sure w can beat China in the coming future, we have the caliber and ability to go a head and left behind the China. But we have to stop fighting with each other on silly internal issues like secularism, cow killing etc. We should concentrate on the development and economy our nation and also should make strict rules and regulation.
 
yes we can beat china but for that we have to bring some new technologies to developmnt of our country..we have to change the way we think....we have to create some exclusive factors...so that we can fight with china to beat them
