CaN BusINess $ etHIcs GO HanD in hANd..??

y can't business and ethics go hand in hand??? well we all know that business is a puposeful activity carried for not only earning profit but also for the welfare of the society. And if this activity is carried out in the right direction by doing the right things and by employing the right means then wat's the harm?? On one hand the satyam case perfect example of wat happens when we don't give importance to ethics and on the other hand is IBM which is sticking to its values and ethics and going strong.
 
Ethics is related with doing the right thing and is necessary to keep the society running smoothly....

Being unethical will sooner or later push the society for Legal Provisions and then it may result into less autonomy and more state interference...

Thus if we have to do the right thing anyways why not do it ourselves and bring reputation to our concern
