Well it is bit hard,
This man founded a company of automobiles,
Very much popular over all world in middle of 20th century and today also!
His last breath was captured by great THOMAS ALWA EDISON in a test tube and that test tube is still Preserved in the FRANCE NATIONAL MUSEUM.
Today this automobile company is one of the major automobile company in India too.

Technically, it is the number of transistors and not the no. of chips. that gets doubled.
