The JD is as follows:
Position summary: Responsible for all Back office marketng.Provides administrative support to the staff. Will also handle the travel desk for the group of companies.
EDUCATION: BMS, BMM, BA ( advertisng ), Diploma in advertisng or marketing
Should have very advanced knowledge of MS-Office including MS -Outlookand excellent communication skills
JOB LOCATION : MAHAPE (navi mumbai)
Responsible for updating and rolling out newsletter for the group of companies
Reviewing website periodically to ensure accurate and most up to date material is posted
Maintaining, creating and regularly updating all marketing databases
Developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications or on the radio (depending on the organisation needs and the campaign)
Incharge of planning strategic marketing for all products with the help of Product Managers
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
Maintaining and building contacts with the media
Responsible for E-marketing
Responsible for the RSVP of the training programmes held by the company
Co-ordinating and faciltating all the training programmes
Arrange travel schedule and reservations for the Group of Companies
Perform other Job related Duties as assigned
