Can anyone of u pls help me on this topic
My topic is bisleri
and i am doing a mega project on that
so i needed some Questions to be answered
the list is as follows

1. Current stage of product life cycle & different marketing strategies adopted in previous stages(Like Introduction,etc.)
2. They ranking in mineral water market in India.
3. Top competitors & strategies to overcome them.
4. Sales growth compared to last year.
5. Distribution network followed by the company.
6. Any diverfications to be in the market.(Heard that introducing soft drink).
7. Market share in Mumbai.
8. Future plans if any.(Mergers etc).
9. How they handled the case when govt. told then to stop producing because of no ISI mark on the bottels.
10. Compensation package.
11. Health & Safety Measures.
12. Greivances etc. handlings.
13. Maintaining of Inventory of raw materials & finished goods.
14. Reorder level of stock,lead time etc.
15. Turnover for the current year.

Well nagesh, i have a case study of Bisleri and would like to share it with you. I hope it would help you in getting your required information. Well, Bisleri is a famous Company of bottled water in India and it has 60% market share in packed drinking water in India.
