David made the transition into electronics in the 1990’s working
for a number of blue chip organisations, as an engineer, work
process specialist, and as an internal consultant. His focus was

David started his career as a Merchant Navy Ofcer, prior
to working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction
industry. He entered consulting in the early 1990’s and
has been involved in performance improvement projects
across Europe in industries as diverse as ?ight catering,
shipbuilding and facilities management.
His responsibilities have ranged from Project Management to Executive Develop-
ment and he has held senior management positions with leading consultancies
in the US and Europe. Since joining T.A. Cook in 2006, David has specialised
in the areas of turnaround and asset management. His responsibilities as a
Project Manager and Turnaround Trainer have mainly focused on maintenance
and shutdown management.
