Hence its fair enough that employees are taking care of the organization, but then who’s the one taking care of these power pack. It’s the human resource manager is the one who takes care of these power pack and keeps this power pack on the go.

A degree in Human Resources Management

5-8 years of working experiences in the related field.

Ability to handle employee relation is a must

Knowledge of employment and the regulatory laws and regulations

Familiarity with the current human resource issues and practices

Positive attitude

Advisory and consultation quality on human resource management matters.

Possess interpersonal skills which facilitate effective working relationships with team members

Administrative and organizing skills to effectively manage high volumes of work

Enable effective and appropriate communication with a broad range of people at all levels

Adaptive and accepting of new ideas

Willingness to approach new challenges.

Demonstrates the tendency to contribute ideas and initiate new ways of working

Proven consistency in making sound decisions, able to act given reasonable access to information and time, utilizes information, knowledge and experience to analyze and form judgments.

Comprehends the wider contexts, developments long term goals and determines strategies and actions required to achieve such goals.

Honest and trustworthy

Fair and is open about one’s own misjudgments and any conflicts of interest which may be present.

Able to maintain sustained level of concentration in a volume processing activity to ensure accuracy and identify errors to be addressed.

Commitment to quality client service, values the supplying of accurate and timely information and relates to people from diverse backgrounds.

Understands the appropriate boundaries and context of the position in the execution of the responsibilities of the position
