Well renowned beauty pageants are Miss World, Miss Universe etc.Beauty pageants give women a platform to showcase their talent. It helps them realize their inner self and confidence. It helps them realize that they are no less and gives them new opportunities. Many leading actresses have won beauty pageants. An ordinary girl gets a celebrity status. It’s not just about winning the pageant. A girl learns to become more responsible because she has to also do a lot of social work. At the end of the day it’s an individual’s perspective. Some say that beauty pageants bring in a lot of opportunities for women while some believe it may be offensive. It is undoubtedly a platform for young girls to achieve a lot in life.
