Places like the 'Silicon Alps' in France tend to come to mind quickly but The Innovation Centre at the University of Exeter has also been making waves in the news lately. The BBC recently released a report in partnership with Experian, which placed Exeter in the top 10 cities in England for businesses with high potential.
