Warren Beese

Director, GSE International

An all-round, operational leader with international experience having worked in Asia for 5
years as well as running multiple European and US manufacturing operations before that. A
trained engineer with an ONC and HNC in Mechanical and Production Engineering.
A member of both the IFT and ATTA, Warren has worked in interim assignments
internationally since 2002, including private equity as well as working for a PLC to turn round
a $150 million manufacturing business in Europe in the teeth of the recent recession. Warren
has also led an acquisition of a Taiwanese manufacturing company as well as managing a
‘ground up’ manufacturing plant development in Wuxi, China.
Warren now runs GSE International, a ‘operations’ improvement company specializing in DD
and transformational management of Chinese manufacturing businesses and has an office in
Hong Kong.

Karl Davies

Gary James

Bill Lui

performance review, identification of underutilized/underperformed assets/businesses for

Simon Yim
