There are a different people having different perceptions of a particular topic. Each one has their own views, their own opinions in which they believe..
Hence when the person is firm on his decision or view, he won't budge...
But if he is a chilled-out, he'll have a listening ear to what the other has to say...
A very hot - minded individual gets on the nerves of other people..
While a very chilled-out person is thought of as if he has no interest in the matter of concern.

So what are you - hot or chill?
 
i am hot minded people.i believe in myself because i have good communication skill,motivation technique and i am confidence at this competitive market
 
i feel i am chilled out person because what i deduce is that a chilled out person can mold the conversation while playing away with hot minded person as sometime in frenzy of being ahead hot minded people do commit mistakes...!!!:SugarwareZ-181:
 
I am chilled out like an ice berg and listen most of the times until i feel very passionately for a topic on which a person is taking an opposing stance
 
I am a chilled person if anybody says something I always give a chance them to speak and at last I give my opinion. So I think I am a chilled person
 
i am hot minded but ya i dont lose my brain even when i am angry i know to which extent should i react n how but ya i lose it easily i hate stupidity of any sorts.
 
I am a very chilled out person at initial but turns to hot minded at the end of the debate.

but in my daily life i am more of like chilled minded personality.............

i m a hot minded person coz i know most of the time i am right and if i am not right ill make others believe i m right.so why listen.just do and make people do what i want.a bit arrogant and reserved.

Hi,

Well I believe I am a cool person.... more of the receptive types. It doesnt mean that I am not emphatic, but I do consider the views of others.
