Sometimes we mix up goals with wishes. We almost never make a plan for achieving goals and almost always keep it in our head. We need to know how to use this tool properly as goal setting helps us to achieve what we want step by step.

Fear of failure, fear of rejection and fear of unknown leads to abandoning goals or to not setting goals at all.

We are too busy and disorganized. We don't have time to even consider taking on new challenges. We can assure ourselves that we will set goals when we have more free time but we never end up finding the time.
