What makes a better cook? A woman's precision or a man's flair? Is the traditional image of a woman cook no longer valid in today's world of Sanjeev Kapoors and Jamie Olivers?

i think who cooks better has nothing to do with the gender...women usually cook at home on a daily basis...men cook professionally as chefs...the more u get used 2, d more 1 becomes better at it....
 
what i feel is that when men cook they dont bother about anything-in other words like woman ...they dont worry about saving the vegetable for next week,checking the quantity...etc etc..all the much much...they jus cook freely ...in other words...Bindaas..i guess thats the way its supp to be made...not by taking tension and making dal fry ...

so u r saying men dun know how to cook properly and they dun take the pain of doing anything nicely?

I feel the topic and the argument is pretty absurd. How can u generalise it? There are many men who work with perfection too. Moreover, please remember that its very rare to find men in the kitchen.... because as a traditional system, men work in offices and women in kitchen.

However, just as women can work very well in offices, men can show their proficiency in kitchen....

yea this might be true coz males have taken it as a profession n everyone know about it
but dont u feel that ur mom cooks better than the cheif in the five star hotel
they might be better but women also cook better food
 
In Italy if you are cook you get the best girl . So thinking that cooking by its nature belong to gender it not correct . I think we are very famous for giving tags to certain things. If some hero takes out his shirt in movie ,we tell tell him he is doing like salman etc .As human mind like to compare & use logic to give tag .So bee open ,its kalyug going on .Guys see Chini Kum & see who is the lead ?

Yes she is way better than the chief in the 5star hotel.BUT MY DAD COOKS EVEN BETTER :d ....So men are better...not than woman are bad or anyhting.Bt Men :tea: better :cool:
