no not at all.......if a boy n a girl stands on the road fighting for something......nobody will come n listen to the story......they will first point out the boy but not the girl.....it happens everywhere in the society......this is a women dominated society
 
Not at all still the difference is same as it was in our nostalgic era, but Only preferences have changed for work, women's are given first preference rather than men.. So even if the things are not in hand of men, but they aren't in hand of women also..
 
I rewally wanted to know that who voted out for option "no". Inequality persits in India, now even Shiela Dikshit agrees to dis fact in her press statement.
 
In Europe there is little difference in treatment.
How each presents itself will have a much bigger influence in the way they are treated than gender by itself.
 
many factors influence the treatment between male and female like ethics and religion beside these we could notice that males are worst treated than female in a professional manner
 
Even though we are moving ahead in every aspect but inequality is still there wherein females are not treated equally compare to males.....
 
only few women are enjoying advantages provided for women

it depends from organization to organization...if suppose a office is filled with majority of male employee and few female, then female employee will be given full attention and best treatment from all other male employees....
 
I think there is a little difference however, male and female are both important for the survival and they both need to move hand in hand together. There is one ad of scooty which says that ye waqt na tumhara hai na mera hai , ye waqt humaara hai .. The recent amendment in factories act where women's are also allowed to work in night seems like we are destroying these gender discrimation. It will take time but it will happens for sure.:SugarwareZ-097:
 
It depends on the condition. For example when a boy has got an accident and fall then nobody will come for his help but if the same happened to girl then lots of public will raise their hand for helping her. Still i feel that we are progressing very fast but there is a inequality between them.
 
no if we talk about reservation then we get women has more opportunities n relaxation comparing to men...they are treated at beneficial way..wherever men are not....they both should have an equality...n should be treated at an equal way....
