You cannot blame the whole generation just because a bunch of youth are behaving like that.

What is wrong in a youth traveling to ON site... It will give that person a good and real understanding of how things work.
Nobody is going there just for fun... your company wouldn't be so generous to send you there just for fun, in the first place... you are going there to learn
