it is a debatable topic because one cannot quote that heroines are not naturally beautiful or they are beautiful. as we all have heard of the statement that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. so for one a heroine might not be a natural beauty but for the other it might be. it all depends on our perception to term a heroine to be naturally beautiful.
i also support the views that due to heavy loads of makeup a normal person can look like aishwarys rai or sushmita sen. but beauty is not only skin deep. beauty also lies on the appearance of the person, her personality, the way she carries herself, her charm, etc.
so it is my perception that heroines are naturally beautiful.
