We being in a democracy are allowed to cast a vote and choose a leader we want?
but do the votes really count or are they lost in Manipulations?

well i think that even though we live in a democracy and have a right to choose uor own leaders, the results are never 100% correct as manipulations do always happen ..... and sometimes its our own leaders that do it...so (time to think guys)???
 
yeah without any doubt..

in our country except fot mother's milk everything is adultrated and biased.
u are toking about govt. elections, i say that not even college election in INDIa are unbiased. a lot of INFLUENCES are used in these college election in today's time, then what to say about govt. elections.
and the states where the rate of manipulation is highest are:-
1) bihar (tops the list)
2) haryana and U.P.
 
manipulation can be 100 right if any take all aspects and impacts. some times competition level is very so any one can easily manipulate result..
