hi everybody, i have chosen my 100 marks project on anywhere banking and i have icici bank as my case study. The problem is what to add in the case study and how would i segregate my topics in the project. there are many topics like internet banking, debit cards, atm, phone banking, bank@home etc. What should i include in my project? Should I give a detailed study on each of the topics?How many case studies should i add?
 
A detailed study on each of the topics. There are already many projects on ebanking etc which you can use as reference material. Check the service sector marketing projects section and refer to the banking projects from there. This should give you a fair idea of banking as a whole.

Start with introduction to banking and how it evolved and the current scenario where there are modern means of banking like phone banking, sms banking etc.

Instead of the case study, you can cover insights from the cats mouth , the best thing to do is to go to your nearest bank and approach the manager with your almost completed project. Show him the project and ask him if he has any experiences to share.

If that sounds like a hassle, search the net for case studies and include 1 or 2.
 
dude will send you the ready project as soon as possible. Try to add some more details in the project because if u give an updated copy to the prof. it would be much better. Will post the 100 mark project which I had made asap.
