dude the second one is better....in both d wayz...lookwise and namewise...the name "Paradise shining" is jst Perfect....it goes rightly wid d name of website...i.e management.paradise...

talking abt the first logo....well it is also good... but the background colour......its jst not matchiNG the webiste Name....it is Black...
AND WE CAN NEVER IMAGINE.....OF PARADISE IN "BLACK"....

ummm......both r good but i like the second one more...tht shining effect is cool...it sumhow matches wid paradise thng..!!wen i saw these both,my attention quickly was caught to the2nd logo...its nice!!

well...the name of the site is mgmt PARADISE..THE GLITTERING EFFECT MATCHES wid d name..n it doesnt like logo for entertainment site..well, this is wht i feel...
 
Ill tell you guys what i think!!! i like bothhhh coz i spent and hour and half making it...:P i like bothhh ....hehe lolz
