How to be An Incognito Boss
1. Admit to yourself and others that all of you are in this together; that no one is more important than anyone else, including you, and that it's only as a team that you all of you can reach your goals.
2. Decide from the very beginning that you will not ask anyone to do something, however menial, that you would not be willing to do yourself. You might even want to spend some time doing those little mundane or dirty jobs that you're asking of others. This doesn't have to be a time-waster; but your participation from time to time, will be noticed and appreciated.
3. Avoid micromanaging any job that you delegate. Many organizations require their new employees to have at least a bachelor's degree just to get to the interview stage. Yet, after they've been hired, they've found that none of the university skills that they've developed are need for doing it. Delegation means to hand over the job completely
