Management according to me…
Management is an art of doing things in a fruitful manner, or in other words getting people together in such a way to accomplish the goals using scarce recourses available in a effective way. It is human action for the production of useful outcomes.
Philosophy towards work[/b]
[/b]
Work according to my point of view should be done with all you and responsibility and a person should choose the work according to the likings. As a person who likes that work will do it with more enjoyment and responsibility I enjoy working and always willing to work extra hours as it gives me the opportunity to learn as well.
What motivates me to do my best at job…[/b][/b]
The challenges associated with my work is the motivation towards giving my best at my job I like to take new challenges as these increase my confidence in solving problems and I learn a lot from these.
The most fun I had on my job…[/b][/b]
I had the fun of learning from my experiences and at many situations it was fun working with my seniors and learning from them the way they take a situation or case.
Earning in 6 digits is the motive behind doing MBA? Justified or not.?[/b][/b]
According to me this may be the motive behind doing MBA for some but there are persons who done MBA and started a business and provided employment to many and changed the future of many generations.
I can cite an example...one of my friends who did MBA and started a courier service named “Miracle couriers” in Bombay hiring only deaf and dumb people.
Do you think MBA curriculum is at par with the industry expectations?[/b][/b]
Learning is an ever going process and a man learns if he wants to. And everything cannot be accommodated and cannot be taught in this 2 years period. Students should make their efforts to learn. Read books and try to apply the learning’s. As there is always a room for improvement the curriculum has been changed time to time according to the needs of industry.
Is the name of the institute from where a student does his /her MBA important while entering industry..[/b]
[/b]
It does not matter from where a student done his MBA, it all depends on the knowledge of the student. If he is good at his concepts and can apply those concepts, he is the master. Some persons who studied at a good institute cannot compete in the corporate world but some of the students who studied at a less known institute will do well in their field, reason being that they have to work harder that those who study in known or good colleges.
Suggestions for students..[/b][/b]
Firstly you should concentrate on your goal, then prepare accordingly and try to achieve your goal. It’s better if you have some experience in your field as it will help a lot in understanding the situations and the work process in your field of interest.
My views regarding entrance exams for professional courses..[/b][/b]
It is good to take entrance exams for professional courses as it separate the students who are clear with their goals and ones who are not.
One thing I would like to or suggest that entrance exams are good, but in some institutes interview process is not at par with the entrance exam.
What do corporate expect from MBA professionals..[/b][/b]
In today’s world the corporate sector is growing and they expect MBA people to allocate the resources provided by the corporate in a fruitful manner.MBA people are needed to apply their knowledge and experience to keep the business going and take new challenges, and keeps the pace going.
