All IIMs increase seats like anything..is it justified?

With the current market condition, current economy is it justified to increase the IIM seats to almost double in last three years... Also the fees have been increased 3 times in last three years.
 
Seat increase should be supported by infrastructure like School facilities, faculties etc.Simply increasing seats in paper without having the fundamental structures in place will yield no value.Rather its gng to increase headache.
