The National Competition for Management Students this year will focus on:
* How can organizations build a culture that is flexible and dynamic enough to respond to ever evolving market needs?
* How do they restructure and reorganize so as to create greater value? What are the various aspects of restructuring an organization? How is this best managed?
* How do they innovate and make innovation an integral part of their DNA?
* How do they continuously develop and enhance internal capabilities?
* Finally, how do they manage this ongoing transformation?
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A two member team of management students are eligible to participate. The Team can either be from one Institute / B-School or individuals independently from different B-Schools / Institutes can form a team. B-Schools are also free to nominate as many teams as they wish.
RECOGNITIONS & AWARDS
The Champion team of this competition present their ideas at the Special Session of the AIMA’s flagship event 36th National Management Convention (NMC) to be held on 19th September at Chennai this year.

Champion Team Rs. 25,000/-
First Runners up Rs. 20,000/-
Second Runners up Rs. 15,000/-

An early bird discount of Rs. 1000 per team if registered alongwith participation fee by 18th July, 2009 and Rs. 500 by 28th July, 2009.
