Should native tongues take precedence in African schools, or should English and other non-African languages be the languages of the school room?

Since every country has to interact globally to get things done, the country should have better English speaking resources.The main advantage India commands over the other countries is only its English speaking population.So,I would say English is a must across the globe.

English is better for the students in the school, this is international language.
