Come June 2, hysteria will grip Bangalore city as music lovers congregate at the Palace Grounds to rock to the sound of Aerosmith - the greatest band in the history of rock and roll. Brought to the city by Royal Challenge in partnership with DNA Networks, the ’bad boys from Boston’ will be in Bangalore as part of their "Greatest Hits 2007 World Tour" their first ever concert in India!
During the 2 hour long concert, the legendary Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer will perform some of the best compositions from the band’s 33 year history including "Looks Like a Lady, Livin’ on the edge, Walk this Way, Sweet Emotion, Falling in Love, I Don’t want to miss a thing, Crazy, Angel, Dream On and Janies got a gun."
The India concert is part of Aerosmith’s 2007 World Tour. Kicked off on April 12 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the tour will mark the band’s first performance outside North America and Japan in eight years. The Latin America leg will be followed by Eurasia and North America. Apart from India, the band will also perform in United Arab Emirates for the first time ever.
