Symbiosis Institute of Geoinformatics (SIG) has been a leading Geoinformatics educational institution of India since the year 2004. SIG offers a variety of courses including M. Sc. Geoinformatics, M.Tech in Geoinformatics, Post Graduate Diploma in Geoinformatics, Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management and Certificate Course Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and customised certificate courses.

Eligibility
Graduates in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Science, Agriculture, Management, Geography and Commerce with a Minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Final year students awaiting results may also apply.
Selection Procedure
Through SNAP / SIG test.
Test scheduled on 16th December 2012.
Candidates appearing in both SNAP / SIG test will be eligible to appear for the GE and PI. Calls will be issued to them based on their performance in the SNAP/SIG Test.The performance in GE , PI and certain attributes ; such as academic performance in 10th Board exam, 12th Board exam, Graduation exam , educational stream , work experience, extra-curricular activities, participation in sports, NCC /NSS at various levels, Post Graduation degree/diploma , and written communication skills will have appropriate weightage in the selection process.

Candidates will be called for Group Discussion(GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Communication Skills written test to be held during the 2nd week of February 2013 at Pune.
