Applications are invited on prescribed form for Admission to the following courses for the academic Year 2010-11 Master of Business Administration. The Sanskriti School Of Business Brochure and Application Form can be acquired by a one-time payment of Rs. 500/- through the following means: By cash payment at Sanskriti School Of Business or by post (enclosing demand draft drawn in favour of Sanskriti School of Business payable at Vadodara).
A) ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION:
The Programme is targeted at individuals with high potential for success in business and industry. Such individuals must have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any discipline under the 10 + 2+ 3 system from a recognized University.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible, provided they complete all formalities of their examination before June 30, 2010 and furnish the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2010.
Sanskriti School Of Business will conduct its own written test, the dates of which will be announced through advertisements and there website. However, CAT (85 percentile minimum) and GMAT (650 minimum) scores will be considered for written test waiver but it will be solely at the discretion of the Sanskriti School Of Business Selection Board. Those who qualify will have to undergo Group Discussion and Interview. Apart from Vadodara, written test may be conducted at other cities in India. Applicants can see this information on the website.
and NRI candidates are required to take the Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) at a test centre outside India. They should score, preferably, more than 600 marks.
Group Discussion and personal interviews are integral components of the admissions process. Besides, the selection procedure also entails evaluating writing skills. The overall objective is to identify and assess the candidate's communication ability, in addition to the overall knowledge of the student. GD and interview will be held only at Sanskriti School Of Business Campus.
Final selection will be based on a careful evaluation of the applicant's academic record, work experience (if any), group discussions and personal interview. Successful candidates will be informed of their final selection. The selected candidates must pay their first fee installment within two weeks of receiving the admission offer, failing which the offer will stand withdrawn automatically.
Sanskriti School Of Business follows the calendar of June to March as its academic year with slight modifications as may be necessary on year-to-year basis. Detailed schedules for each bi-semester are provided at the beginning of the term.
