Very good listing of strengths and weakness of the company but i just have a few suggestions to make.
1. do you work for Adam motors ? if not then why have u addressed the weaknesses as we have this we have that etc.Keep it to the third person that is better.
2. here the list is very comprehensive ,you can take it one step further as strength- oppurunties that is which strength can be used to avail which oppurtunity immediately.then which weakness should be overcome to to avail any oppurunity mentioned so make a further grid as s-o,w-o, s-t and w-t. the w-t will be your weakest point to beware of.
