Life is beautiful but, when it plays with you then it turns ugly and worse. Aarthi Agarwal, the beautiful and stunning actress acted in more than 20 films but, fail to continue the legacy and get amid by dark clouds and drowning career. "Aarthi was battling obesity and pulmonary illness. She was undergoing treatment and due to some complications, she suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away," said Aarthi's manager. According to the International Business Times the film star passed away from a heart attack, which was caused by complications from liposuction surgery she underwent a month ago.

It takes strenuous effort to believe that suddenly life changes leaving everyone stunned. Aarthi flaunted her acting debut at 16, and then there was no looking back. She received accolades and acclaimed for her acting skills in 2001’s Nuvvu Naaku Nachav. Rising on the paths of glory and hitting theaters with back to back hits and working with popular Tollywood stars like K Chiranjeevi, N Balakrishnan, A Nagarjuna, and myriads more added to the list. Tables turn and when it happens; it just blow you off. After four successive flops and suffering disperse relationship with Tollywood actor, she despairs to fight with life and revive the legacy back and attempted suicide in March, 2005 at her home in Hyderabad.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, one official of the Movie Artists Association said, “From 2008 to 2015 she worked in only four films and was almost forgotten. I think she had put on weight and had decided to undergo surgery”. She was depressed and frustrated with her illness and change attitude of the people around her, which shatter her heart into pieces. She was fighting to revive her life back, and in that attempt she decided to go for liposuction surgery but, her story remains incomplete and died with cardiac arrest.
