A fat pay packet or a good profile?

Money does matter and at the same time it does not guarantee happiness...

What would you look for as a fresher and why?

I would say if you are experienced, go for a fat pay packet and if you are a fresher or new to the industry, first established urself and gain all the experience you need to build up a good profile...hope this helps.

Both would be the most ideal scenario but if it comes down to it no one can consistently perform until he has a profile that interests him . An interesting profile inspires hard work which will be follwed by pay increments
