this site is really helpful for all the would be managers. but i think this site needs to be more interactive viz. facilities like real time discussions, chat etc.

I'm Nikhil, currently pursuing my MMS/MBA in HR.. in Mumbai

& would agree to abhi.. but it takes time to develop oneself & with the response increasing.. the ideas & inputs are increasing too..
& within a few more days.. the interaction will increase to a great extent..
