3. Rub tension away with a healing massage.
4. Don’t bear grudges. If something is bothering u, clear the air there and then; be it with Ur friend or boss.
5. Find comfort in a crowd. Popcorn at the movies, plays, concerts, magic shows relax and rejuvenate.
6. Keep comic books by Ur bedside, and enjoy a good laugh before u sleep.
7. Walk up to someone u love, put Ur arms around them to do the same o u. this is called a hug, and it is the warmest, most soothing feeling in the world.

hey...the tips were really good...
i would also like to add that eating something that u really cherish and enjoy at times when ur completely stressed up or even feel "off" at times, which shall help in moving out of the situation..
having biological basis behind this aspect..
it is quite lot reliable.!
