As I said above, that almost 99% of people don’t have idea or aren’t aware of your product or service they won’t be aware of the benefits that they are offering..Hence along with awareness making them known of the benefits is also essential.

Your product should have value and if you don’t provide the perceived value to your direct users they still won’t be interested in your product at all is the 3rd point to be kept in mind. It’s the benefit that you can leverage and can create an image in the minds of customer of your perceived value. Because it’s your responsibility to make your users aware of the value you are providing.
They don't see how your product meets their needs.[/b]
You should also prove it to your audience his/her needs = perceived value.
You have to tell consumers that, don't make them guess or come up with the answer on their own tell them and help educate them on why they need your product.
Your product is not accessible to them.[/b]
You should be easily assessable to your direct user. Because if you aren’t consumers want ease in obtaining and using your product.
