Music composer Aadesh Shrivastava (51), who was battling cancer, passed away at Kokilaben Hospital on Saturday at around 12.30am. Aadesh Shrivastava was an inevitable part of Bollywood. 1) Aadesh Shrivastava had composed myriads of exceptional and brilliant music for over 100 Hindi films, including "Chalte Chalte", "Baabul", "Baghban", "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham", "Rajneeti" and others.
2) Aadesh Shrivastava composed his first song in the "Kanyadaan" in 1993. However, the film could not be released and its songs went unnoticed.
3) Aadesh Shrivastava had worked with an international acclaimed artist like Akon, Julia Fordham and Wyclef Jean. In collaboration with Akon, he has launched a website called hitlab.com.
4) He was a judge on the talent hunt show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa" Challenge in 2005 and 2009
