U can refer to kale-ahmed's book on HRM...personnel manual is the last chapter in the book and everything is given in detail........

hi buddy/ies.....your topic sounds interestring............like at MP we dont have any personnel manual followed ...haha ha just joking..........but but please dont refer local books.....they will rather negate your personal manual..........refer books like stephen robbins.......then you can also make one with the help of case studies....
